Meet Our Customer Success Manager, Charlotte Thorndike!

Relationships are tricky—they are hard to create and even harder to maintain. They are the lifeblood of every company, and at Brij we deeply value the relationships that we form with our customers. From the first call to onboarding, we aim to build and strengthen relationships that bring success to everyone.

Welcome Charlotte

We are so excited to welcome our founding Customer Success Manager, Charlotte Thorndike, to help us do just that. Charlotte is not only our customer relationship expert, but having run multiple half marathons and the 2019 Boston marathon, also our team's most athletic member. She graduated with a B.A. in History from Colgate University, where she gained experience interning at a number of opportunities, including one that took her to South Africa. Graduating in 2017, she hit the ground running at global insight agency Hall & Partners. 

Career Path

After months of conducting market research and strategic consultancy, Charlotte began her career at Fundera, a marketplace for small business financial solutions, as a sales development representative. Within nearly two years, she took on several lead roles that strengthened her expertise in sales and account management and realized her passion for working in startups. As part of the founding team of Chums Referral (now called Chums), a social shopping startup that helps users recommend products to friends, Charlotte helped to manage partnerships. She continued her customer success work as an Account Manager at Emissary, a company that specializes in sales intelligence.
